Using Anova and Anfis Approaches in Statistical Modeling of Agricultural Experiments

Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) can analyze the factors and factor levels affecting subject of interest in many branches such as technology, production, health, social education, depending on rules it creates with a very small experimental error (RMSE). modelling. It is also applied field agriculture, especially for solution problems agricultural selection or technological product development. On other hand, classical statistical methods are generally used due diligence studies certain time period, cultivation. Experimental design words analysis variance (ANOVA) come first among these methods. With experiments modeled by ANOVA, analyzed according to single rule method used. Since Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) model formed multiple ANFIS versus ANOVA much smaller, gives stronger results. Modeling products will support data mining this field. In study, both were briefly explained, then study carried out agriculture similar findings obtained. However, mostly standard deviation values found be smaller than ANOVA. addition, relationships between outputs real measurements examined.
